Merge AI ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to providing a safe, transparent, and entertaining mobile gaming experience. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, and play the Merge AI mobile game.

We strongly respect player privacy: We DO NOT collect, store, or sell any personal identification information (such as your real name, phone number, physical address, contacts, or personal email address).

1. LOCAL & ENCRYPTED GAME DATA STORAGE

All your core gameplay progression—including unlocked AI Bot tiers (Levels 1 to 50), Coins, Cyber Keys, Player Level, XP, Grid Slot unlocks, Defender Arena wave records, and powerup statuses—is stored LOCALLY on your mobile device.
Your local save data is protected by device-side anti-tamper security checksums and AES encryption to prevent corruption and fair play tampering.
We do not maintain private external account databases or require player login registrations to play the game.

2. GOOGLE FIREBASE ANALYTICS & CRASHLYTICS

To maintain game stability, balance progression economy, and eliminate technical glitches, Merge AI utilizes Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Analytics:

Collects anonymous, non-personally identifiable gameplay telemetry events (e.g., tutorial completion, level progression, merge frequencies, arena wave victories, and daily streak claims). This helps us understand which features players enjoy and balance game difficulty.

• Firebase Crashlytics:

In the event of an unexpected crash or technical issue, Crashlytics automatically collects anonymous technical diagnostic data (such as device model, OS version, stack trace, and non-personal gameplay state keys like player level or active bot tier) to help us swiftly debug and release bug fixes.

3. ADVERTISING & GOOGLE ADMOB

Merge AI is a free-to-play game supported by advertising through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We utilize Banner Ads, Interstitial Ads, and Opt-in Rewarded Video Ads (such as 2X Offline Earnings, Auto Merge, 3X Turbo Boost, and Free Cyber Keys).

Consent Management (GDPR / UMP): We utilize Google's Consent Management Platform to request user consent for personalized vs. non-personalized advertising where required by law (e.g., European Economic Area / UK).
Advertising Identifiers: Google AdMob may process anonymous device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / GAID), coarse location data, and ad interaction metrics to deliver relevant ads, prevent click fraud, and control ad frequency capping.
Players can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking anytime via their Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete/Reset Advertising ID).

4. LOCAL OFFLINE NOTIFICATIONS

Merge AI may schedule local reminders on your device (such as Offline Coin Vault full alerts, Daily Reward streak reminders, and powerup cooldown completions).

These reminders are generated 100% locally on your device by the operating system.
No external push servers are utilized, and no personal data is transmitted over the network for notifications.
You can enable, customize, or disable game notifications at any time in your Android device's App Settings.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Because your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device:

You can completely delete all game save data and reset your progress at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the game via Android Settings (Settings > Apps > Merge AI > Storage > Clear Data / Uninstall).

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & GDPR COMPLIANCE)

Merge AI is intended for a general audience and players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
